By accessing or using Tekki Coder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: provide accurate and complete information; maintain the security of your password; accept responsibility for all activities under your account; notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Sellers grant Tekki Coder a non-exclusive license to display and distribute their products. Sellers are responsible for: ensuring they have the right to sell their products; providing accurate product descriptions; delivering products as described; handling reasonable support requests. Tekki Coder retains a platform commission on each sale.
Upon purchasing a product, buyers receive a license as described in the product listing. Buyers may not: redistribute purchased products; use products in violation of their license; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code beyond what is provided; charge back payments for delivered products.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are at the discretion of the seller, with Tekki Coder mediating disputes. Digital products may have limited refund eligibility once downloaded.
All content on Tekki Coder, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tekki Coder or its content suppliers. Product listings remain the intellectual property of their respective sellers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
You may not: use the platform for any illegal purpose; upload malicious code or viruses; harass, abuse, or harm other users; impersonate any person or entity; scrape or crawl the platform without permission; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems; interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.
Tekki Coder is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of profits or data; service interruptions; actions of third parties; content posted by users. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through: first, informal negotiation; second, mediation; and if necessary, binding arbitration. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action. The governing law shall be applicable law in the jurisdiction of Tekki Coder's principal office.
